I have enjoyed over 20 years of fantastic service from Fay and her team at Plum. Twice as a tenant for 4 years, and also as a landlord for 15 years. After renting twice through Plum, I purchased a flat in Southfields, and after moving abroad in the early 2000s, Plum have taken care of my property at an incredibly high standard.
Ive had great tenants, never missed receiving rent, and never had to worry about what became an investment property while I never in the UK. The service, value, and support they gave me was irreplaceable. I would highly recommend Plum, whether you are looking to rent

From our move in day and through our tenancy period, they were very personable and amicable. If we had any queries or issues, they were quick to respond and resolve them. We dealt with Fay at Plum Lettings for nearly 2 years, when they managed our London property as letting agent. Honestly we cannot fault their service. Fay & Team are responsive, professional, always available for any query from the tenants and us. They can sort out any minor issue within days. They care about their clients and it shows. We highly recommend them as a letting agent for peace of mind and quality of service.

Could not recommend them enough. We rented with them for just under 6yrs and cannot fault the service received, much better than some of the larger letting agencies we have used in the past. Always contactable and quick to fix any issues we had (which weren't many in 6yrs). We only moved on as we bought our own place.

I've dealt with Plum Lettings for some 5 years. They are terrific, attentive to your needs and very helpful. I reckon they have been worth every penny I've spent with them. They have sorted out problems very quickly indeed. They are always approachable and return calls very quickly if they can't deal with the call straight off. I couldn't recommend them too highly.
