I have been using Impact for many years for car servicing and MOT and anything else that my car requires. I have never had any problem with them and appreciate their help and professionalism and the quality of the work carried out. I always book in advance for routine work. Work carried out is itemised. If you have a query on anything they are happy to go through it with you. I would recommend them and I never go elsewhere.

Do not go to this place guys lol! So i call in the morning speaking to a lady called SAM who you would hope would be helpful seeing as how she is the person who answers the phone. I say i have an oil leak and need it checked out to which she tells me to come down to the garage, she cannot do ANYTHING over the phone, understandable. Upon arrival i am quickly asked to fill out a firm and to leave my key without being told how long the job will take. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. BECAUSE THEY WILL NOT GIVE AN ETA ON ANYTHING.
