Lydney Golf Club is a modern 9 hole parkland course next to the River Severn on the edge of beautiful Forest of Dean. Founded in 1909, the Club celebrated it's Centenary in 2009 and moved to it's new course in Naas Lane in 2011, the newly built 9 hole course constructed to USGA standard with a fully automated sprinkler system and over 3,500 trees planted is fast becoming one of the premier courses in the area.
The course is a difficult course to play as many visitors will find to their cost. The greens are exceptionally challenging with more undulations than most. The Club is famous for it's camaraderie and good food in the fully equipped clubhouse that can cater for our members, guests and visiting golfers either individually or in parties up to around 40.

Lydney Golf Club moved to it's new course in Naas Lane in 2011, the newly built 9 hole course constructed to USGA standard with a fully automated sprinkler system and over 3,500 trees planted is fast becoming one of the premier courses in the area. Hole 1 is an intriguing opening 280 yard par 4 hole requiring accuracy from the tee.
