Stephens were brilliant. We would highly recommend them. Super friendly and helpful - and very patient with our long list of questions! Nothing was too much of a problem and everyone that we had the pleasure to deal with was brilliant. The removal team were fantastic - really positive, an amazing can-do attitude and they made what could have… been a stressful day a really good experience. Our belongings had to go into storage for a while in between moving out and moving in, but this process was really well managed, and despite total uncertainty as to our move date, the Stephens team were

They are so professional. And have thought the moving process from the perspective of the customer- so much so that they even have a fabulous deal on boxes! The office staff are helpful and efficient- Especially Tracy! The people doing the moving are friendly, efficient, quick and helpful, they arrive on time having called before and do everything… they can to make the move less stressful. They tidy up afterwards and leave no reason to regret employing the company. No possessions were broken or damaged. A really splendid moving experience... I'd employ them again without hesitation.

What a fantastic moving house experience. From initial survey to booking to actual move day the staff were superb. Dean, Aaron & Will were so helpful and nothing was too much trouble. We even got a back up team… to help move into our new home! The office girls were brilliant too with great communication. Totally recommend Stephens.

We moved on the 20th November 2020. AJ and the boys were amazing with all of the families possessions. They took down wardrobes and beds and then reassembled them the other end perfectly. All throughout the day the boys never stopped and worked so so hard. Highly recommend Stephens for any removal. Top job 👌👌👌👌👌

Fantastic value for money. We paid for the full disassembly, reassembly and packing service. Over the 2 days of work Bob, Phil and Aaron were brilliant. Everything was done efficiently and professionally. I would look nowhere else if I move again or if am asked to recommend from a friend. Spectacular service
