Ordered a sofa and TV stand in-store, with Jane; can't fault her service... Welcoming from the moment you enter the shop, happy to help and also answer any questions you have; overall, a lovely lady and made the shopping experience excellent. The sofa was made and delivered in a very reasonable time and the TV stand also delivered in a timely fashion; both delivered by professional gents who were very respectful of the house and made sure to carefully move the items, to where needed.
