Absolutely fantastic!
Gary met us at the door in the pouring rain & showed us to our parking space. Super
friendly checking in was quick. Gary gave us all info we needed. Then showed us to our beautiful BIG room. It was amazing the bathroom was massive & the bath wow!!! Everywhere was immaculate!lovely comfy bed & sofa smart TV too. Both Julie & Gary were really nice & friendly. The breakfast menu is fantastic! We both had full English & again a big wow! Absolutely perfect all ingredients top notch too.

I could not believe my luck! Feels like home with Gary & Julie as my parents looking after me, so good, even complementary home made cake on arrival! Definitely recommend to anyone looking for an amazing stay in Great Yarmouth, location is fab as well!

Had a lovely time Gary and Julie are fantastic hosts spotless room and the breakfast was great.We had a weekend break it was my partners birthday on the Sunday and on the breakfast table was a card and chocolates.

Amazing stay, 15min walk from train station, 3 min from beach and promenade, 5min walk to town. Room immaculately clean, fully stocked tea tray, fresh milk in fridge, bottle of water. Covid precautions in place and makes you feel very safe.
toiletries in room and lovely large white bath towels, homemade muffins upon arrival. Breakfast is amazing, loads of choice and portions are massive.
Friendliest couple you will ever meet, soo friendly and genuine and welcoming, i have stayed in 5 star hotels that are not this good. If you are coming to Yarmouth please stay here, you will not be disappointed

THE BEST...Spotlessly clean, one minute walk from the seafront and the Breakfasts just WOW! The Breakfast menu is amazing, BUT WAIT! if it`s not on the menu they will make it if they have the ingredients, Gary & Julie are amazing hosts and a joy to meet. 10/10..

Stayed here on a few occasions now and have never been disappointed with the room (even though we always have our favourite room number 5) cleanliness, friendliness of the owners, the breakfast variety, location to all amenities, proximity to the beach. Everything is wonderful! If your looking for fantastic b&b in a great location and all of my above comments meet your requirements, dont hang around get your stay booked as rooms are never available for long!
