100% reccomend Rashid. He is very polite, clean and does a thorough job. I have used him for several project from plumbing/ gas work and insulation for a bathroom, and he has never failed to deliver on the work. I recently read up reviews about IIR SERVICES & contacted Rachid about a leaking toilet. I was very impressed with the quick response & got the job booked in. Rachid came & explained what the issue was & also advised about changing the flushing valve. Rachid was very professional & completed the job with excellent result. Rashid is a truly excellent engineer. He arrived within a day of making a request, fixed an issue a subcontractor told us couldn't be fixed (they told us we needed and entirely new boiler) and was still cheaper than British Gas by a long way. He is very thorough and checked every aspect of our heating system! He is also a friendly, approachable guy who talks you through everything he's done and provides all the certificates and test results. Thanks for getting our heating working Rashid, you're a star!

I called Rachid for the first time to repair a water hammer issue. He knew exactly what the issue was after asking me a few questions to establish the cause. We agreed a date and time for him to come round. He was polite, honest and personable. Issue resolved within 30mins. I was very impressed and pleased with the whole experience he provided. Rachid will now be my go to guy for any plumbing or gas issues.
