I'm Heather and I'm a professional photographer with a studio based at Cedar Farm in the lovely little village of Mawdesley in rural Lancashire. I share a house with three boys, my husband David and two sons, Jack and Ben, which definitely keeps me on my toes! I studied photography at Blackpool college, where I completed my National Diploma.
Shortly after I took the plunge and started Heather Capture in 2006 and I've never looked back since. I'm forever taking photos, even when I'm not working. My boys are well practised in posing and smiling for the camera, with a few silly faces along the way! I love being able to photograph peoples happiest memories, be it a wedding day or a newborn baby only a few days old.

I've photographed more weddings than I can count, but I still get the same excitement from being a part of someone's special day. It's my job to blend into the background, capturing people by complete surprise, meaning you get to see the real and unmissable emotions. Bringing you those images just bursting with happiness serving as a timeless reminder of the happiest day of your lives.

We create images for lots of lovely businesses wanting to get some strong images for use on their websites, social media and publications. From something as simple as a headshots right through to photographing the London to Brighton bike ride we cover it all! We've had the pleasure of working with Jaffa citrus fruit, Tesco, Tandoor i and Jack Spratt just to name a few.
