The Mulberry Bush Children's Nursery provides day care services to children from the ages of 6 months to 4 years. We also provide childcare in our After School Club and Holiday Club for children from the ages of 4 to 11 years old. We provide flexible childcare 51 weeks of the year from 7.45am to 6pm in our warm, friendly, caring environment.
The Berries provides day care for 3 and 4 year olds which includes 15/30 hours free childcare per week. The Mulberry Bush Nursery is situated in rural surroundings on the outskirts of Eye, near Diss and is registered by Ofsted to look after 58 children in any one session. The buildings have been converted from an old stable block and consist of separate playrooms and activity areas for each age group, babies, toddlers and young children.
Meet Our Staff

Tracy Green is the owner of the nursery and along with Jane McKee is responsible for the overall management. Jane holds the Cache Level 4 NVQ in Childrens Care, Learning and Development and has over 20 years experience in a nursery environment. Jane is also our SENCO representative. Vicky Mackenzie is assistant manager.

My son has loved coming to nursery. I feel it's very homely for him and the bonds he has with the staff is just lovely to see. You all do an amazing job. We provide childcare for many local villages and towns within IP22 and IP23, including Diss, Eye, Occold, Hoxne, Harleston, Long Stratton, Stowmarket, Pulham, Stradbroke, Scole, Dickleburgh, Debenham and many others.

Our lunches are freshly cooked on the premises and special dietary needs are catered for, as well as vegetarian and organic options available. We offer main courses such as shepherd's pie, roast meats, macaroni cheese, lasagne and the children's favourites such as fish fingers! Desserts include such dishes as apple crumble, fresh fruit salad, jelly and ice cream.

The Baby Buds Room is a small, warm, cosy and homely environment for babies to relax and explore freely. Babies are cared for to a high standard as well as receiving support with their learning and development. The baby room is designed to allow the children to participate in structured activities as well as accessing a variety of engaging resources freely.
