What happens during the initial consultation?
We discuss style preferences, wedding themes, and current trends. This appointment helps select suitable outfits and plan timelines for measurements and fittings.
How do you fit parties with remote members?
We offer online size entry through sortmyweddingoutfit.com or home delivery of trial outfits. Final measurements can be taken remotely with guidance from our team.
Are you open on Sundays?
We open the first Sunday monthly (except January) 10:30-15:30. This coincides with Leek's artisan market for convenient weekend appointments.
What if someone's size changes?
Size updates are allowed until four weeks before the event. Parties can visit our store or adjust details online through our party management system.
Do you offer children's sizes?
Most outfits are available in children's sizes from 18" waist and 20" chest, perfect for 'mini-me' looks matching adult wedding attire.
Can I purchase suits instead of hiring?
Yes, we offer purchase options for 2-piece suits and waistcoats from brands like Marc Darcy and Skopes. Accessories are also available for purchase.

Poor customer service at no point was it explained the process of having to "build a suit" prior to coming to a prearranged visit where we had discussed on the phone wanting to try on suits Waited over 20 minutes to be seen for this appointment by a man who was nothing but sarcastic and handed us a booklet of suits to build online and to come back. No apology after travelling for 45 minutes and paying for parking. Wouldn't waste your time on such service. No response to email of complaint even though posting on their social media

A great little shop... Great customer service... It as a good traditional gentleman's tailoring shop feel to it whilst catering for casual clothing at the same time.. I really liked this shop and will be using it again...

Went with my husband to buy a suit for a wedding this summer and got fixed up straight away. Great service, knowledgeable, attentive, friendly and their selection is second to none. A brilliant customer experience that you can only get from independent shops. Highly recommended.
