All progressive spectacle lens products come with a 30 day warranty for patients. If you can't get accustomed to your new progressive lens in the 30 day period, Specs of Kensington will replace the progressive into another style for no charge.

What a great experience - I went there to get an eye examination as I was worried about some odd visual issues I’ve been experiencing. The optometrist Olivia was fantastic - she showed a great deal of care, patience and diligence. She listened to my concerns carefully, answered all my questions and checked my eye sight, thoroughly explaining the issues in great detail. I never felt rushed or dismissed like I would expect from the high street chains. I’m extremely pleased I chose this establishment and I’ll definitely be coming back for regular check ups. I was first introduced to Specs of Kensington, and Daska Barnett, over twenty years ago, by a work colleague whose father was a specialist at Moorfields Eye Hospital. One visit was enough to convince me my eyesight was in the very best hands, and the years since have reinforced this conviction. All the optometrists at Specs are superb, and examinations are carried out to the highest standard, using the most up-to-date equipment. The other members of Daska's team, whatever their role, perform it with equal skill. What makes a visit especially pleasant and reassuring, is the aura of calm and warmth

Having had eye problems, then 2 cataract operation in February I was without any glasses. Through a friend I found Specs of Kensington London W.86Ej. It was a miracle to underestimate the situation. Their attention to detail reading through my Eye File was amazing. Their advice on the types of glasses was outstanding. The staff were also all so helpful, friendly and kind working in the most difficult of situations with Covid 19 around. I am utterly grateful to be now able to read, use the computer & drive. A very big thank you to them all and the highest of recommendations.

Once again (see my review 10 months ago): Fantastic customer service. Very attentive, very helpful. The frame of my glasses broke, and Karen convinced the manufacturer to replace it for free. It only took a week sending the glasses in and receiving them back. In the meantime, Karin informed me by e-mail about the status quo of the process. This is the second time I receive this great service from Specs of Kensington.

Best service ever. There is an employee called Tess, and this Lady renders a spectacular service to the client. I went there with my glasses which had the frame broken. Tess gave me the options, offered to send the glasses to the lab and get it fixed for a decent fee, but suggested to try the manufacturer (Oakley) first, whether they want to fix it. I wasn't optimistic about that procedure, as the glasses weren't in the guarantee period any longer. However, Tess tried it, and she achieved it. She sent the glasses to Oakley, and they put a new frame. For free! Great service by both, Tess and Oakley
