We offer seven cottages sleeping 4-8 guests and the Granary Barn, accommodating up to 18 people with flexible dining for 48. Self-Catering Cottages
Our six cottages sleep 4-8 guests, featuring fully equipped kitchens, private courtyards, and flexible dining arrangements. Each property offers easy access to farm trails, wildlife, and the New Forest. Bed linen, towels, and heating are included for comfort.
Granary Barn Hire
This converted barn sleeps 16-18 guests with eight bedrooms, six bathrooms, and a 50ft living area. It includes two kitchens, a log burner, and outdoor seating for 50+. Ideal for family gatherings and celebrations in a scenic setting.
Electric Vehicle Charging
We provide dedicated EV charging points via the Tap Electric app. Guests must use these facilities instead of domestic sockets for safety. Charging supports sustainable travel while exploring the New Forest and surrounding areas.
Games Barn Access
The on-site games barn features pool tables, table tennis, and a soft tennis court. It offers entertainment for all ages during rainy days or evenings, complementing outdoor activities like fishing and wildlife spotting.

Lovely place. Reasonably priced. The cottages are stocked with EVERYTHING you'd need. There are some beautiful countryside walks nearby. There's also a massive games barn on site for little (and big) kids. Bring your wellies.

Very functional accommodation with high standards of furnishing etc. If you're looking for something unique with lots of character and charm, this probably isn't what you're after. But for good quality accommodation in a nice location, it's pretty much perfect. The games room is great.

Fantastic stay with our young children. Good sized accommodation with a kitchen with all the utensils needed. The children really enjoyed interacting with the all the animals. It was a great base for walks and activities. John and his family were very welcoming. Planning our return visit soon with all the family!

We took our daughter and two small grandchildren, the accommodation was clean, spacious and the enclosed courtyard made the area safe for the children. There are lovely walks on the doorstep and the coast is only half an hour away.
