Most people will have had this, pre booked 7 or so hours before needed and pre paid. No one turned up - waiting for over 20 minutes. If you can take someones money and you let people book in advance then you should turn up.

Could not book on the app, family member tried on laptop and eventually got through to them on phone. Waited at airport for an hour and a half.Unreliable service through app so definately prebook if you can. I will definately take my own car and pay extra for parking at airport to save me the inconvenience. Very disappointed as a new customer

But one of the drivers overcharged me last night either by mistake or god knows. Charged me over GBP90 instead of GBP9!! Be careful when paying by card on the app and always ask how much the fare was and how much your card was charged for. Writing to customer service now to rectify it.

Dont understand how a taxi company has zero drivers available on a Saturday night- room for a proper company in Belfast to offer a taxi service actually able to pick up customers
