Our four traditional cottages sleep up to 5 adults each, combining historic features with modern comforts. Each property includes fully equipped kitchens, free WiFi, and private parking. Guests enjoy access to 25 acres of countryside with walking trails and wildlife ponds.
Farmhouse Rentals
The 4-bedroom farmhouse sleeps up to 14 guests with en-suite facilities and flexible sleeping arrangements. Features include private garden, conservatory, and exclusive hot tub access. Ideal for family reunions or group holidays.
Hot Tub Hire
Wood-fired eco hot tubs available nightly with chemical-free water. Two locations offer different experiences: cottage guests enjoy convenience while farmhouse guests have exclusive bar access. Pre-heated by 3pm daily.
Pet-Friendly Stays
Selected cottages welcome well-behaved pets with safety equipment provided. Guests receive dog beds, bowls, and furniture protection. Nearby walking trails and rural surroundings create ideal conditions for pet owners.
Baby Equipment Hire
We provide travel cots, high chairs, and safety equipment for infant guests. All items include bedding and towels with optional stair gates. Fire guards included in properties with woodburning stoves.

Are pets allowed?
Dogs are welcome in Bluebell, Primrose cottages and the farmhouse (max 3 per property). Pets must be kept on leads due to nearby livestock.
How do I access the hot tubs?
Hot tubs are available nightly from 3pm. Two options: cottage-adjacent tub or scenic view tub near animal enclosures. Booking in advance recommended.
What nearby attractions are accessible?
Within 3 miles: Gwrych Castle, Abergele beach, Conwy Castle, and Snowdonia National Park. Local village with pub, shop, and golf course just 2 miles away.
Is there a military discount?
Yes, 10% discount available for armed forces personnel and veterans with valid ID provided prior to booking.

Standard check-in from 3pm, check-out by 10am. Flexible arrangements possible subject to availability.

The family decided on a staycation this year due to the Corona Virus and have just spent a week at the Farmhouse in Abergele and we wasnt disappointed. Six adults, four children and two dogs and we had a lovely holiday. The farmhouse is in a beautiful, quiet, idyllic location with stunning views all around. The weather wasnt the best but that didnt stop us getting out and about. We hired the large eco hot tub a couple of times and that went down well with the children, they loved it. We all enjoyed the very large garden for family games and the children going on an adventure, as well as

Just returned home following a beautiful weekend at the cottages. Went with family to celebrate my dad's 80th birthday. Stayed in Bluebell and Primrose. Both were immaculate and had everything you need. Michelle even leaves a pint of milk and packet of biscuits for you. The farm is lovely with plenty of walks. Will definitely return.

It has cosy rooms, is warm and spacious, nice house , farms nearby so you can go and walk to them, nice actual walks next to house and a cute pond with ducks, also nice gardens for the visitors, recommend strongly, also good food nearby. An amazing place to stay and lots of activities to do nearby, including Castles, beach within twenty minutes drive

We stay here when visiting friends. It's warm, cosy, comfortable and dog friendly. Make sure you have enough provisions as it's a short drive to the local shops. Again, a short drive to the local pub. We wanted to extend our holiday for a few days last time and one phone call and it was done. We are already booked for this year.
