Booked a taxi for the airport a day ahead for the awful hour of 2:30 am. Car showed up on time. Was neat and clean. The driver was curtious and helpful. Got us to the airport on time. Thank you.

Cancelled 5 minutes before pick up was due, claimed we were out of Edinburgh, despite being well within the borders. we were forced to walk down back roads for 8 miles at 2am with little to no clothes on in driving rain and low temperatures.

We booked a tax 6 hours in advance and we received a phone call 10 minutes before it was due to pick us up to say they could not pick us up. This left us stranded at 00:30 and due to it being a Saturday night there was no other company that Was able to take us home. This left us no option but to walk to our destination in the pitch black on country roads with no pavement. The service provided was poor and unprofessional. We are lucky to have got home safe and well.
