My laptop had ground to a halt. David diagnosed the hard drive was in a bad way and offered me the choice of replacing the hard drive or supplying a new lap top. I opted to replace the hard drive as everything else was ok. It's now working amazingly well. Fantastic job! Really pleased with the service I received.

We had a speed issue with our internet connection and I contacted QWERTY IT and asked them to investigate. They were on site the next day and worked with the ISP to establish there was a fault. They then continued to monitor the rectification of the fault and returned to site to ensure all issues had been resolved. They also performed a health check on our wifi network and assisted with one or two other unrelated issues. We will certainly be using QWERTY IT more in the future.
