Footprints Nurseries

We have been nurturing young learners since our establishment in 2002, building over two decades of experience in early years education. Our team of dedicated practitioners brings specialised skills in fostering creativity, confidence and independence in every child. We solve the challenge of providing a safe, stimulating environment by designing our nurseries around the principles of love, care and encouragement. Our commitment to professional standards is reflected in our Ofsted Outstanding ratings across both Macclesfield and Bollington settings. We have earned multiple awards that recognise our excellence in delivering high-quality childcare and education. By drawing on family values, we create a harmonious partnership with parents that supports each childs individual development.

Our approach centres on the child, ensuring that learning activities such as storytelling, painting, music and puzzles are tailored to spark natural talents. We have recorded over five hundred stories told, nearly four hundred pictures painted, seven hundred songs sung and four hundred puzzles solved, demonstrating our engaging curriculum. The Macclesfield nursery, housed in a Victorian townhouse, offers a warm, homefromhome atmosphere that promotes a sense of belonging. The Bollington nursery, set within the secure grounds of Dean Valley School, provides purposebuilt facilities and ample outdoor space for exploration. We remain steadfast in our mission to give every child the best possible start in life, irrespective of race, culture, gender or ability.
