I use this salon a lot and must say it wins hands down in Hertfordshire. I even drive from another town for my appointments now. Big shout out to Roxy who is my personal favourite for most of my treatments. Very professional and clean environment which is always a pleasure to visit.

Absolutly amazing place, very professional therapists and great quality services. The only place I've had regular manicures last a week without a chip and massages are absolutly fabulous.

I feel really bad doing this as I love the clinic... but I am going to do it so that other ladies out there do not waste their money on LVL. I was really excited to get this done! The lady who performed it was so lovely, a genuinely good person! However, the actual LVL was nothing like the photos you see of other clients having it done. I felt really ripped off. I can actually use my eyelash curler and get a better result than what I walked out with. If im honest I was surprised she would even charge me... They were ever so slightly curled, but not at all lifted. I still curl my eyelashes everyday

Ive been going to Rebeccas salon since she opened a number of years ago. She has a excellent team of therapists all extremely professional and deliver a high standard of beauty, massage and other therapies. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend this business to others, in particular Samantha who is an excellent beautician and has a wealth of experience in the beauty field. Definitely worth a visit!

Amazing! Customer service on point! I got a normal file and polish and my manicure has only had one chip for the whole week I have had it! They use OPI so its very safe and good quality and the interior design on the inside was very beautiful and made the salon look professional and high quality. Even though its on the pricey side its worth every penny! Would definitely recommend!
