Dr Naresh Arun, Nazia Alyas and the team at Bromsgrove dental clinic are amazing! I was a previous patient at New Road Dental Practice but got tiresome of the problems with parking and being passed from pillar to post seeing different dentists each time and quite honestly lost faith in them. Would absolutley recommend this practice to anyone the finest Dentist in Bromsgrove!

Shoddy service! Phoned during lockdown and prescribed antibiotics for an infection. Told I'd be added to a waiting list to be seen and they'd contact me to arrange a face to face appointment. The call never came. After weeks waiting I called them to be told I wasn't on their books anymore. I explained I'd had a phone consultation during lockdown and had been added to a waiting list but had not been contacted. The receptionist checked then apologised and told me I was still their patient and I could be seen. We arranged an appt. That got cancelled by the surgery and rearranged, weeks later, for

Due to the pandemic I was obviously unable to book a check up and called earlier this year to be told they weren't taking bookings for non urgent treatment but would contact me when they were.
Having not heard from them I called today to book an NHS check up only to be advised that due to the time since my last check up my NHS entitlement had lapsed through their surgery ! I was offered a private check up at an obviously higher rate and can only assume given their lack of flexibility and failure to contact me previously that they no longer want NHS patients. Efficient service for my filling and hygienist appointment. They are still enforcing masks which is a little inconvenient but fair enough. Dentist was in no rush and explained the treatment procedures to me as he was doing it. Would return.
