Ram is primarily a professional economist, and has 18 years of experience in that field. He notes that "being an economist helps me understand the balance between the needs of residents, staff and owners and helps me engage proactively and credibly with our stakeholders, including Warwickshire County Council".

We recognise that each resident has unique needs. We have an established team of nurses and qualified carers who provide excellent nursing care as prescribed by each resident's specialist and family doctor. Residents come to us from hospitals or their own homes and can stay for short periods (days/weeks) or for a longer period of time (months/years).

Bromson Hill offers a spacious and comfortable lounge area where residents can socialise and take part in activities together. The homely dining room is a pleasant space to enjoy the variety of healthy meals we provide. Our chef caters for all diets and regularly updates the menu. We have 32 rooms for residents, 2 of which can be occupied as twin rooms.

Every day, we offer a range of activities for residents to take part in to ensure everyone shares an enjoyable atmosphere. All activities are optional, so everybody has a choice of how they spend their time here. We have a full-time dedicated activities coordinator which demonstrates our commitment to ensuring residents are able to have as active a lifestyle as possible.
