Worst, most dishonest, incompetent company. Charged me 1000 to turn a 6000 car to scrap and deny any responsibility. Pathetic, lying, embarrasment of a business

Thought we'd try this car sales out as it's fairly local to us, I've got to say that this has been one of the worst buying experience I've ever had, Going to see the manager today to tell him that we won't be collecting our car, I've not signed the financial agreement yet so hopefully I'm within my rights, if not I'll happily go to court, I'm going in today and don't care if they see this review!
Watch out incase it's common practice here, they might try and increase your pcp payment by a couple of pounds just before you sign, don't forget they soon add up, I'm not saying it was intentional, it

Great service, i'm very happy with the service received. Nairn was great to deal with. He gave good advice and was defo not your usual pushy car salesman. He actually advised me to go for a slightly cheaper car that had less mileage than the one I wanted!!!

Have to say this is by far the best dealership i have ever been in for advice on getting 1st car. The young gentleman who served us was Ryan Glass, and i have to say he was very professional and well mannered.
Ryan made the process seem so simple and was very helpfull in helping us build the car to suit our needs. On the day we went to pick up the car , as a surprise he had arranged for the car to be in the showroom to drive out.
Ryan went above and beyond his duty as a salesman. Big thank you once again Ryan for making the day of collection so special. If i could give 10 stars i would!!
