DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. UNRELIABLE. UNPROFESSIONAL
I order funeral flowers which did not arrive. No apology given. They couldnt find the order yet charged my bank account. Did not return my telephone calls, even Paul the Manager did not return my call as promised. I did get my money back into bank after a couple of days but no apology for my embarrassment at not sending flowers to my brother in laws funeral.

I have to say I'm very disappointed with the 35 bouquet. I ordered it Tuesday, it was delivered Wednesday and now its Friday...it's looking sad and not great. I phoned the store to be brushed off with fill the water, cut the stems...after 2 days ? And not 2 full days at that ! Customer service leaves a lot to be desired as does the quality and quantity of the bouquet. I will not use them again unfortunately. What was a Thank-you to wonderful friends has ended up as a sad experience.

Ordered some flowers from here recently and the quality was shockingly poor. A lot of greenery and not enough flower for the price that was paid. Very poor and abusive customer service. I would never recommend this place to anybody.

Another florist who sees a guy come in and thinks ...... let's give him the left over funeral flowers for his girlfriend's birthday as he says he has no idea. It's just wrong, stop taking advantage. Nothing wrong with the quality to be fair, but literally 3 Roses and 3 lilys topped off with cheap white spray etc to bulk it up ! 26! Good to get a traditional funeral lily on my birthday. Clearly bought too many in due to expecting a lot of sad news with covid. I know you'll comment back and say " well he was happy" well of course he was, he trusted you.

I highly recommend Cream and Browns Florist. The flowers were beautiful, and they kindly delivered them on Sunday after I made an error on the order not putting the delivery address. My aunt called her son in Florida who in turn called me in Texas elated with the flowers!
