What dreadful service! Helium balloon for my sons 18th went down in three hours and they refused to replace it. It cost 10 for one balloon! Go to Clinton cards in Bath instead. They are cheaper and the service is far superior.

Report
For many years we have been regular cutomers at Funtastic. There are other places we could purchase large inflateable number balloons but we choose to support a local business. Not from now on. An inflated number 8 balloon which cost 10 had lost half of its air within 24 hours. On ringing the owner of Funtastic to ask for help we were met with a very defensive person who blamed us for damaging the balloon on the way home and he wasn't prepared to accept any responsibility. I would recommend you avoid buying anything from this shop if you value customer service and being treated fairly. After

Bought three helium balloons and they've done the trick for several days. Also service was prompt and direct. Thank you!
