Excellent Estate Agency service, very helpful and friendly staff especially the Property Manager Dan Eve. He responded very quickly to our request and our house was on the market within a couple of days (including the home report). He was very clear about what our house would achieve and kept us fully updated with progress. We received an offer on our house within 5 days and I believe this was down to the excellent marketing and realistic price. I would happily recommend Sneddon & Son to anyone looking to sell their property.
