As many of you will already know, I grew up in Huntly, and it is a privilege to be able to return to my roots and open a family NHS dental practice in my home town. The Deveron Dental Centre is Huntly's first fully committed, NHS dental practice. We differ from most other practices in the area as we only register NHS patients. We pride ourselves in offering our patients the very best standard of dental care, within a state of the art facility but without having to pay expensive private dental fees.
Who we are
Report
Morven Gordon-Duff is the clinical director as well as the principal dentist in the practice. She qualified as a Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) in 2002 from the University of Glasgow. After graduation, she spent several years working as a Senior House Officer in the Maxillofacial Unit at the Southern General Hospital and in the Oral Surgery/Conservative Dentistry Departments at the Glasgow Dental Hospital.

Nervous Patients

It is important that your trip to the Deveron Dental Centre is as relaxing and comfortable as possible. Our dentists are very sympathetic and understanding towards nervous patients. If you are anxious or have had a previous bad experience at the dentist, it is important that you discuss these fears with one of our team.
Your First Appointment
Report
Patients will be initially invited to attend for a 20 minute examination and registration appointment. We will ask you to provide us with details of your Doctor's name and address and a full list of the medication you are currently taking, as these may affect your dental treatment. It is important that you fill out the medical history as accurately as you can.
