Did you know we're open nearly 7 years, so we know a heck of a lot about wedding dresses, styles and shapes! Here's a few FAQs answered. Our dresses start at 1200 and go up to 3895, with the majority around 2300. We have dresses to buy off the peg all year around though and do sample sales throughout the year.

During a trunk show, a designer's brand new collection is featured at the boutique, typically they last 1-3 days. Each year, bridal shops chose approximately 5-8 gowns from each designers collection. Therefore this is your chance to try on all of the gowns we do not usually stock in the boutique during the trunk show weekend!

I hope you are all keeping well! I thought I would do a new blog on Mother of the Bride outfits, as we have been asked a lot recently of where we would recommend going. And by the time the bride has her dress picked, and colours decided it doesn't leave a lot of time to go out looking for a mother of the bride/groom outfit.

What a treat it is to get professional photographs of one of our brides, these photographs of Suzanne and her hubby were captured by Pop Photography. It was a pleasure to have Suzanne in the boutique, she knew exactly the style she loved! And I absolutely LOVE how it all came together, she looks amazing!

Today, we wanted to showcase one of our friends in the bridal industry, the lovely Sharon at Innocent Chaos! Before I opened Ivory & Pearl, I was in Avoca and they had this beautiful floral display above the shelves and I took a photograph and said to myself if I ever own a shop, I would like this kind of display!
