Appalling customer service. Was promised a return phone call at a specific time, that hour came and went as did the day. Sent emails no reply. Tried their chat told will get someone to ring you immediately, guess what nothing. Total joke of a company.

Watch these. They've just charged me an extra 11% as I mistakenly thought I had 9yrs NCD but only had 6! . Seriously how much do you blatantly want to rip somebody off for? I hope this review put somebody paying for their service

BEWARE OF THEIR CANCELLATION CHARGES. I took out a policy for around 70ish and paid 36 up front. Four weeks on I sold the car and cancelled the policy and now they want another 44 for "cancellation charges". and are threatening further action. THEY ARE QUITE UNLIKE ANY OTHER INSURER. Please be very very careful or just go elsewhere
