David Major established the firm in Guildford in 1994, having previously been in practice in Surrey and London. Having commenced as Major & Co, we have expanded over the years and moved to our present building in Quarry Street in 2000. We incorporated as Majorlaw Ltd in 2014.

Our corporate and commercial team specialise in a wide range of areas which a company may require legal assistance with. At Majorlaw we aim to provide a complete range of legal services in a cost effective and efficient manner to ensure that our clients receive the best service. We understand that issues arising within a company requires a high level of confidentiality, knowledge and efficiency.
Certifications
Report
In our capacity as solicitors, we are regularly asked to certify a photocopy of an original document as the true copy of the original. We provide a certification service for a minimum fee of 75 depending on the number of documents to be certified. We can offer oaths, affidavits and statutory declarations swearing or affirm services for a fixed fee of 5 per oath, affidavit or statutory declaration plus an additional 2 per exhibit.
