The breakfast was fantastic and the welcome was 5 star we had a great time and if I was to visit York again then this guesthouse would definitely be my first call. The owner was a great help with places to see and public transport to take fantastic. Thank you x

Helen was a superb host and the breakfast was lovely. The guest house is in a nice quiet location but only a 10 minute walk from the city centre, ideal.
