We provide comprehensive re-roofing services using premium materials like Welsh slate and concrete tiles. Our team ensures durable, long-lasting solutions for both residential and commercial properties. With expertise in traditional and modern techniques, we deliver tailored roofing upgrades that enhance property value and weather resistance.

GRP Flat Roofing

Our GRP flat roofing systems offer a 20-year warranty with exceptional flexibility and waterproofing. Ideal for modern properties, these roofs resist wind uplift and come in multiple finishes. The fully-bonded application ensures seamless protection for extensions, garages, and commercial buildings while maintaining aesthetic appeal.

Specialising in lead waterproofing for valleys, chimneys, and dormers, our craftsmen utilise durable materials lasting over 100 years. We apply patination oil to maintain appearance and prevent staining, ensuring both functional longevity and visual harmony with historic and contemporary architecture.

Guttering

We install and repair cast iron, UPVC, and wooden guttering systems tailored to property requirements. Our solutions combine traditional aesthetics with modern efficiency, including eco-friendly cast iron options and low-maintenance UPVC alternatives that enhance drainage performance and property protection.

Insulation

We offer thermal insulation solutions including sheep wool, recycled plastics, and Kingspan rigid boards. Our installations improve energy efficiency while meeting building regulations. Upgrading roof insulation reduces heating costs and enhances comfort in both new builds and existing properties.

I can't recommend RKS Roofing highly enough. By far the best experience I have had of using any trade - ever. Reliable, first class communication and response and brilliant work - overall a completely refreshing and outstanding experience for what could have been a really stressful job (complete re-roof) . A big thank you to Richard and his team.

RKS - they're the tops. I have used Richard and his team at RKS several times (from an urgent repair to a complete re-roofing, and insulation installation as well) over the last few years and can only say that they are unbeatable. Not only are they excellent workmen who do a brilliant job, but they are prompt, turn up when they say they will, friendly, courteous and reliable. Richard keeps in touch with you at every stage, and follows up after the job is finished too, which is a big bonus. The prices he charged us were very reasonable - but he didn't skimp on labour or materials. And, he and his

We've recently had our roof fully re-done, and I was extremely impressed with the way the work was undertaken and completed. There were a number of complications to the work - not least the gable end of our roof being 4 inches out of square! - but these were professionally overcome with no compromises on the quality of the workmanship. Communication was excellent throughout the whole job, with all queries and questions promptly responded to. I can not recommend RKS Roofing Contractors highly enough.

We have used Richard and his team a couple of times now for roof repairs and would not look at another company. The quality of the workmanship is outstanding. The team is very hard working when on site and Richard keeps you constantly updated with photos of the work being performed. Richard and his team are very popular and you may have to wait a while for the work but wed far rather wait than chance our arm with a different company.

Richard and team were fantastic, they installed a solar tube into our hallway. The quality of the installation is excellent, all the work carried out to the highest standard. Customer service was fantastic throughout the whole experience, from quotation to installation. I would recommend them and I would certainly use them again.
