Chris and Liz are both more than welcoming. Amazing rooms and amazing breakfast me my partner and 2 children all enjoyed our 2 day stay. Couldnt have asked for any more.

This was a good choice. Homely, clean, non-fussy & 5 minutes from the beach. The cooked breakfast was lovely & the owners Liz & Chris were really nice. Thank you for a lovely couple of days.

The Oakwell proprietors were very friendly and accommodating. The made me feel at ease with my gluten free needs - I am coeliac and they were excellent at assuring me everything would be appropriately prepared. It was a clean and comfortable room and even had a fridge.

I was very happy with the choice to stay here. The hosts were welcoming and kind. Breakfast was prompt and well-cooked and vegetarian option no problem. The room was on the small side (to be expected in someone's house) but very clean and comfortable. Guest House was really close to beach and cafes and a parking permit is provided for easy parking right outside. Definitely recommend.

Lovely guest house within walking distance to the beach and local attractions. The room was lovely, with an en/suite shower room. With a kettle provided, coffee Yorkshire tea and lovely mugs. Milk is fresh and provided in a milk bottle shaped flask, keeping it fresh for 24hours.
Liz and Chri are so welcoming and helpful. With a great knowledge of the area, if your wanting a little help planning your days out. Breakfast is available with a very good choice of cereals and cooked breakfast. It was a wonderful base to have after a great day exploring.

A lovely, clean and comfortable bed & breakfast. The breakfast was absolutely perfect and we were made to feel very welcome. Would definitely go there again.
