We can't praise Bird and Co. enough. We used them on recommendation from the estate agent to buy our first home and very pleased we did. They were super efficient, always happy to answer questions, responded rapidly and went above and beyond to ensure that all the Ts were crossed with regards to our contract and anything that the vendor needed to do. I initially contacted Bird and Co after reading client reviews myself and I must say I am very impressed with the service offered. Given the stamp duty holiday this was always going to be a longer process than normal. However when the required deadline was imminent Bird&Co acted swiftly and the sale was complete. During the process Bird&Co always responded and acted on instruction promptly. So much better than the other sols in this process.
