Stay clear of this garage at all costs, sold me a car which was un-reported Cat s Damage. They just serviced the car prior to collection also in which I found the following defects. Heavy knocking on NSF suspension, NSR wheel bearing excessive movement, NSR axle bent, NSF driveshaft excessive movement and droneing noise from transmission. Refusing to refund me and breaking the law. They have been reported to DVSA, trading standards, The Motor Ombudsman, and now have a solicitor to take them to court to be refunded.

Vauxhall Customer Care Department came in a close second to Walkers Motor Group for unrivalled levels of incompetency and insincerity it has to be said. For the record both pay lip service in preference to customer service and both serve as reasons why not to own a Vauxhall.

Had a problem with my Vauxhall insignia Tpms light was advised by my local garage that all the Tpms valves were working and it was a Vauxhall program problem, so take it to Vauxhall in selby , had all day wanted to charge me 200 pounds to say they needed to get a master tech technician to look at it because there was nothing wrong with the valvesI told them that ! .complete bunch of muppets would never take a car back to them

If you buy a car from walkers selby just hope there's no problems with it because there after sale's are none existent. If you try phoning you'll be told someone will phone you back but they won't. Don't believe a word they say because they must all be told the exact same lies to tell you.
