Extremely disappointed with the carpet men that came and laid our carpet by KD carpets in Wetherby. Rude and chipped chunks of our freshly decorated walls and brand new skirting boards out. Chipped our front door that had just been done. And the manager came round to assess the damage and says it needs some sanding and painting. (After we just freshly did the house up). Awful service. Never again.
And after waiting a number of weeks for our carpet to be manufactured. They rearranged three times telling us there was none of our carpet we ordered in stock and then told only enough for the living

A terrible service, deeply disappointed, would not recommend to anyone.
Failed to keep an appointment to rectify defective fitting leaving me with a loss of earnings as Id taken time off to facilitate their second visit, left me with a significant amount of decorative damage to new skirting boards, a newly decorated lounge and hall. The fitters were ill mannered, argumentative, disrespectful and rude. Apparently you have to accept damage, Stanley knife cuts into the skirtings, scrapes on the walls up to 1m high, gouges out of the hall skirting boards, marks on the hall walls, each room worked

From the moment I entered KD Carpets I had the best experience I could receive, from the service in the shop to the day of the fitting. I have just moved in to my new home and have had most of my house fitted with new carpets and flooring. Nothing was too much trouble for the fitters, who were polite, friendly and excellent at their job. All the old Carpets and flooring was taken away with the fitters, I did pay for this service but it was definitely worth paying for. I would recommend KD Carpets to all my friends and family in future, they are very well priced and fantastic service!

Cannot recommend KD Carpets enough! The staff are so helpful, from the staff in the shop to the staff who come on the day to fit the carpet, nothing is too much of an ask!!! I have used KD for various things, be it the flooring at my work, and the flooring in my home, I would never go anywhere else!!!
Cant stress how helpful the staff are, they have good knowledge of products, and worked everything around me and what suited me - the same with the guys I support, in their home.
