I was having a colour check before booking an appointment. I am disabled and needed to see if I could manage getting about. The staff were lovely and really helpful. Met the owner Carl, who had responded to my numerous emails. Looking forward to getting my hair cut and coloured in a couple of weeks. Today (23 Sept) I had my colour and cut with Neve. To say I am happy is an understatement. Thank you so much for your care and patience and for the most amazing hair. I could not have asked for better. See you in November

I had my hair done today by the lovely Neve, and she worked wonders on my hair. I had tried going blonde at home and it ended with me having fairly damaged hair which had tones of orange and really bright white bits in, I felt horrendous and needed help urgently. Neve was amazing, it felt like I was having my hair done by a friend Ive known for years, she was extremely friendly, super helpful and helped save my hair!! It was so comforting having a hairdresser who made me laugh as much as she did, I enjoyed my visit thoroughly. I had my appointment at 11:15am and didnt leave the salon until

I was looking for a new hairdresser and so pleased to have found Fox Hair Design. Caroline was so friendly and professional. Throughout styling she kept me informed of what she was doing and gave me helpful bits of advice for maintaining my hair. It's been a while since I've left a haircut feeling so happy. Really positive experience all round. Look forward to heading back.
