My name is Greg Nejedly and for 15 years, I have had the privilege of being able to treat many people for a wide range of issues. No matter what your experience of life has been or what your current situation looks like, I know that every single person has the capacity within themselves to make the changes they want to make.

Our past doesn't have to define who we are. Instead, we can learn to accept the past for what it was, change present perceptions, focus on the positive aspects of living, strengthen resources, and create new ways of thinking, feeling and behaving. My name is Greg Nejedly and I first became interested in hypnotherapy after attending a course which briefly introduced the art of hypnosis and how the mind works. I'm extremely passionate about helping others overcome issues they feel are impossible to change, always seeking out new and improved methods of treatment.

Brilliant i have had tinnitus for five months . And aniexty and depression . After just see Greg twice i felt the tinnitus was a bit more manageable which helped with the aniexty . I would definitely recommend him and have to others

Greg has been transformational. He was highly recommended by a friend (who is tough to please) and I had just one 2.5hr session with him. We addressed a few areas but mainly focused on motivation and social anxiety. Since meeting with him all my issues have pretty much gone and it's been a hugely positive thing for me.

Greg has helped me immensely in what has seemed such a short amount of time. He is a relaxed, welcoming person who I found no trouble opening up to. I Would highly recommend hypnotherapy. I find the mixture of talking and reinforcing meditation/focused state very affective in changing my negative thought process and dealing with anxieties.

Highly recommend!!
I was a little concerned about the appointment, as I didnt have an issue with anything tangible. I am recovering from an accident which has completely changed my lifestyle and struggling with accepting this change and coping with not being me any more.
Gregs gentle questioning and interpretation was very intuitive and thought provoking.
After my first visit I felt so different, I couldnt believe the change and for the first time in a while, felt excited
I followed his suggestions throughout that first week (and have continue to do so)
The impact Greg has had on my mind set in four sessions is quite incredible and I am so very grateful for his help.

I was really amazed by Greg's skills and knowledge. A couple of sessions has made a significant improvement to my allergy to cats and dogs, although I had an open mind beforehand the results were more than I had hoped for!

Would really recommend Greg and hypnotherapy practice. I went a month ago, and honestly was quite cynical about it but was willing it to give a shot on the basis that I'd tried everything else. Greg was really good at making you feel comfortable and it was a really good session. I think you can only get out of it what you put into it too, you have to want it to work, but I'm a month smoke free as a result so it was a really positive experience for me.

After listening to Andrew Hubermans Podcast suggesting hypnosis has helped many people with stopping to smoke I thought I would give Gregs hypnosis a try. I am now a non-smoker after 20 years. It's worked for me and provided me a deeper insight into my inner strengths. I feel very happy.

I contacted Greg, after I had emailed Bristol Zoo to enquire about the arachnophobia course they used to offer. The zoo kindly put me in touch with Greg. I had been scared of spiders all my life, but this fear was getting out of hand and it was taking over my life. My husband was getting fed up with moving furniture to catch the horrible creatures, before I would stop screaming. When the neighbour one night knocked on the door to check I was ok after she heard my screaming and my husband yelling at me to stop making a scene, I decided that the situation had got out of hand.
I had not wanted to deal with this fear of spiders before, as I was under the impression people would make you handle spiders.
My fear just got worse as time went by.
I had always been quite sceptical about hypnosis and in my heart I never thought it would work, but I chose to try it to show my husband I was serious about trying to address the problem. I even told Greg that if he thought he could make me touch spiders he was wrong and I would not cooperate.
Greg was reassuring and explained what hypnotherapy actually is. I decided to give it a go and, to be honest, didnt expect it to do anything for me. Greg was very accommodating and offered me a time slot after my working day.
I felt totally at ease. I was flabbergasted how quickly the time went. Greg gave me some homework in the form of a podcast to listen to every day. This podcast was so relaxing and I loved listening to it. I went for a second session and Greg felt that this should be enough. Within a week of finishing session two I came face to face with a huge spider with fell from a scarf, which I had hanging on the radiator in my study. I instantly froze and was about to scream, when reason took over. I laughed at myself and realised what a small creature it was compared to me a 510 woman. So I got a tissue and removed the imposter from my presence.
Dont get me wrong, I still do not like spiders ( though Ive adopted a massive spider whos made a web outside my back door), but Im no longer totally irrational about their existence near me.
I regret not tackling my fear of spiders any sooner. I behaved so ridiculously irrational when confronted with any spider, but I feel proud that I can now stay calm and deal with 8 legged monsters in or around my house.

I can not recommend Greg enough. I was having sleeping problems and waking in the middle of night then my brain chatter and anxiety would prevent me from going back to sleep. I have tried everything to improve my sleep which had been suggested to me whilst I was being treated in the NHS sleep clinic. None of this was helping. So I thought I would give hypnotherapy a go. Of all the things I have tried for improving sleep this was basically a instant success. A couple of sessions have made a massive improvement in my sleep. I will now be using Greg in the future if I have any further problems.
I would recommend hypnotherapy Bristol to anyone. I have learnt so much about my unconscious mind how it is amazing un tapped resource which we can change with hypnotherapy. Greg's free telephone consultation at the start is great benefit as he can answer any questions and explain how it works.

After hearing great reviews about Greg, I got in touch and booked a session to help combat my smoking habit. Greg put me at ease during both the phone consultation and throughout the hypnotherapy session. Greg was able to first make me clearly understand the psychological control smoking was having over me. This allowed me to open my mind and relax before the hypnosis, which was both comfortably powerful and a great experience. Most importantly it has left me feelling in control and I have been able to feel positive, as well as confident, that I will not return to smoking.

Greg was suggested to me by 2 colleagues who had also seen him and had nothing but positive things to say. I saw Greg to try hypnotherapy for anxiety and his treatment has been very positive in helping me to improve how I feel about different things and myself. Greg is sensitive and makes you feel very comfortable. I wasnt sure about hypnosis prior to seeing Greg but he has changed my mind and I would now wholly recommend it.

After a fair bit of research I found Greg at Hypnotherapy Bristol Practice. I reached out to a few hypnotherapists but why I chose Greg was the phone consultation. I felt comfortable with him and instantly wanted to book. Ive had enough of smoking, a healthier life is outweighing the enjoyment I get from smoking. Ive smoked for over 20 years, tried all avenues to give up, the failure of falling off the wagon is getting harder to take. Time to take action.
Firstly Greg talked so much sense, some I knew but it had no power in my mind.
I was nervous to give up, nervous of what will I be like without that constant.
My session is done and its better than I could ever of imagined. It was more than becoming a non smoker- I feel empowered, more confident and in control.

Greg is a wizard! I had a strong desire to quit smoking for good and he helped me cement my decision. I went into a deep trance with the guided hypnosis and never thought about wanting to smoke a cigarette again. I recommend his services for the effectiveness and professionalism he practices.

I booked Greg due to my agoraphobia, I had been struggling to get to the next step of my recovery and I have previously tried CBT, therapy and group therapy. I was scared to try hypnosis as everything had failed me so far but the sessions have really helped and I managed to get back into work. Greg is a professional and has such great energy in the work he does. I am so grateful for everything. I can honestly say I'm amazed at the things that have been happening in my life since working with Greg. Hypnotherapy is something I would have sniffed at a few years ago, but having developed a greater understanding of what impact the subconscious mind has on the micro-decision making that directs one's life on a much grander scale, I had to give hypno a go. For reducing anxiety, approaching situations in a more outcome focused manner and generally living life more positively and confidently, the ripple down effects have been staggering. How you view the world is all about perspective. Giving yourself courage to create your own positive perspective, giving it meaning and believing in it is key. Greg has really helped me build a great foundation for understanding what this actually means which is highly empowering!

I cant thank Greg enough for the help he has given me in dealing with anxiety. My outlook on life has also changed and I no longer worry about what may happen as I just take each day as it comes. I didnt realise what a difference hypnotherapy could make and I would encourage anyone experiencing difficulties of any kind to give it a try. Just follow the advice that Greg gives you in the calm and relaxed atmosphere at his practice and keep listening to the recording that you will be given and you will turn things around.
