Had a new roof fitted under a year ago by Youngs Roofing and have spent the last 4 months trying to get hold of them to request that they fix their shoddy workmanship. There was heavy rain a couple of months ago that has damaged the ceiling in one of our bedrooms as there are multiple areas of the roof where water is penetrating through, including the flashing around the chimney. I spent thousands with Youngs and they evidently do not care about their customers once they have left. Unfortunately the leak damaged a room which had only recently been plastered and decorated. My friend tried to establish exactly when someone would return to see the damage and put the roof right; she was repeatedly assured someone would come, but

A very quick and effective response! I spoke to Tom at 3:15pm about a roof tile that had slipped out of place and it was repositioned by one of his team by 4:30pm the same afternoon! What fantastic customer service - thank you Tom and team!

After being let down by two other roofing contractors I was recommended to speak to Tom by my letting agent to carry out repairs to two of my houses. A detailed written quote was emailed over and the work carried out to a high standard by skilled and time served tradesmen. I will use this company again and recommend them to others. Thanks for a swift response and completing the work on time. Happy Customer!
