Great place. I had a major MOT completed which was half the price that VW was going to charge. And they completed the work quickly and in my opinion to a much better standard. In addition, they also offered me a courtesy car for free which is a rarity nowadays. VW don't offer that. Highly recommended.

Used before and did a good job, went back later to sort out other work and they said that they can do it on a Saturday a bit cheaper. Put off by over hearing a member of staff saying " result" to another after I walked out of the office after booking in. I cancelled the work as I am certainly Not anyone's "result". I sure they are as good as any other, after all, been there for a long time but for me, I won't ever return after hearing someone else's joy at thinking I was a result.
