Took over 4 years to deal with my aunts estate who had a Will. Was told people had left to find they hadnt. Wrong forms sent out waisting months at a time. I too would like no stars. Today was sent a letter to have both executors names spelt wrong. This sums them up. Definitely do not recommend. I have never written a bad review but this firm deserves it.

If I could give no stars I would. Terrible service. Constant mistakes made. Got to keep chasing them only to be fobbed off. Made a complaint things will improve they said. Still waiting for that to happen. Worst solicitors I've ever dealt with.

DPA Law we’re instructed on our remortgage. The whole process on dealing with their solicitor, Donna, was terrible. At one point she did not do anything for seven weeks. It took over four months to complete with them and I still have not received a completion statement, three months later.😡

Donna Grasis in Llanelli has been absolutely brilliant we just purchased a property and she dealt with it from start to finish. She made sure we were always kept up to date with how things were progressing. The property had a few issues but it all got sorted thanks to Donna’s hard work. Donna has been so helpful and professional. I wouldn’t go to anyone else. Would highly recommend 5 ⭐️ Thank you Donna.
