I had recently purchased a car that had some knocking noises, it was still under warranty so I called Mark, he came out to me within half an hour as he had a job local. Mark checked my car over, knew straight away what the issue was, explained and showed me, he took a video to evidence re the warranty. Mark is professional, friendly and helpful, great customer service at a time where as we all know can be a stressful time when you rely on your car running well as I do for work etc.

Mark explained that he would need to order parts, however he could loan me a curtesy car to prevent any inconvenience to me, this was absolutely a god send regarding me getting to work etc. Mark kept me informed throughout, the work was carried out, my car was delivered back to my door, the drivers were friendly and professional.
