Awful service. Unable to take my children on as I, a registered patient, haven't been in for two years. The same 2 years there has been a global pandemic and we've been told to limit unnecessary contact, but apparently that isn't relevant.
Still, never mind me, I'll just register my children? No, not even with the offer of paying for them - unless I also pay to re-register myself. Again - after not being in for 2 years DESPITE COVID! Nice patronising email back as well suggesting I find a dental practice to take us all on as NHS patients.
Horrendous.

Professional , supportive , efficient , caring , staff in clinical and administrative areas ,longstanding family patients for over 30 years. Unlike some they are not going to do more than necessary , just what is needed , not in it for just business but a committment to excellent dental care .

I can't recommend this practice highly enough! Kind friendly staff. Clean and welcoming surroundings. They really put me at ease as I'm a nervous patient!
