Trisha was absolutely fantastic assisting us to find a new frame for my daughter. She went far beyond our expectations to ensure that we could view all the available frames Eye Express had in stock. She was great dealing with my daughter and helped her decide which frames to go for. By far the best optical assistant I have had the pleasure of meeting.

Horrible , the lady there did not show any empathy for my friend whom had wanted to get glasses but knew very little english and she ended up making him purchase MRA coating and progressive glasses when he has never heard of ; totalled to above £100+. Then when I went she argued that because he had paid the deposit it was non-refundable to get the money he had paid yet he had no idea what he was buying nor was there any translator available there to assist him /informing him what he was about to purchase. Absolutely scam.

I’m a mother of 5 with autistic and adhd children. I visited this opticians and felt compelled to write this review as they were excellent with my children from the optometrist to the optical assistants. They showed kindness and patience and were willing to genuinely help me and my children. This whole experience in the past hasn’t been pleasant at other opticians. Whereas at eye express we were all overjoyed by the level of service.

I had a bad experience at another opticians and wasn’t made to feel welcome. Someone recommended me to come to eye express and they took their time to make me feel comfortable. The optometrist conducted a thorough eye examination and was very friendly. The optical assistant helped me choose the right pair of glasses. Overall very impressed with the service. I definitely will recommend to my family and friends.
