Our boiler stopped working and we needed an urgent replacement. Got an answer straight away yesterday afternoon, and an engineer visited this morning as agreed. My central heating packed up last week, and after careful consideration and three separate quotes, we chose this company. They were the middle price within the quotes and we are delighted with our choice. Spot on clean tidy work. I think the engineers name was Nick. He seemed very knowledgeable. I got North London Heating and Plumbing in to do a service and gas safety certificate due to concerns that the company who installed my boiler three years ago were 'marking their own homework' when doing services. When the engineer came over, I got a nasty shock - the flue was poorly installed, at an angle, dangerous and liable to leak carbon monoxide. He explained this very clearly and got his supervisor to come over to make sure. Because it's a top flat, this meant scaffolding, a roofer, and a total bill of 1,900 to take out the old flue and replace it. Not cheap, but there was no choice

Very pleased with their work. Our boiler was due a replacement, following an inadequate gas safety check from British Gas. We were left without heating and hot water however the gentleman running the company came to our rescue, diagnosed the problem right first time and was able to install our new boiler within a day. No long waits and no frustration. He was very polite and chatty, which was very pleasant. Totally recommend their service.
