Lovely cosy little place, let down a bit by poor local facilities. No EV charging, lack of local restaurants and very poor WiFi. The owners were very helpful and friendly.

Owners are so friendly and inviting. The room was, clean, tidy and homely, the bed was huge and so comfortable. It was in a good central position to access the national park. Breakfast was tasty, I would recommend walcot house.

The first thing I noticed as I walked in was how clean everything was. The room had everything you could need including usb sockets to charge devices. The beds were comfortable.
Rob the host was super polite and wanting to make your stay relaxing and enjoyable. The breakfast was amazing quality and everything you could want from cereal to full English and everything in between. Location wise, its perfect for Exbury Gardens, Beaulieu Motor Museum, New forest and surrounding areas. Would recommend this BnB as a Pitstop location.

The room was to a very high standard with an ensuite shower/toilet. The units in the bathroom were again to a high standard. Breakfast choice was very good. Warm welcome and
service without being intrusive. Only criticism was the blind in bedroom didn't fully drop and being only 4ft.11inches tall the mirrors in the bathroom were too high.

The welcome was warm, and we were allowed to leave bags in the room early. We returned to the room at 3.30pm and the heating wasn't on, and although we were back quite early the room never really warmed up to be comfortable and it went off again at 10pm. The room looked a bit dated, but the bed was comfortable. There were cobwebs and dust and at a price of 90 I expected more. The breakfast (included) was excellent, and the choices on offer were great. All in all there were good and bad points, but it wasn't a 90 room.
