Horrible.. they've cancelled my appointment and the receptionist was so rude. I didn't understand the reason for cancellation so I told her I will call back once my boyfriend came but she just said you're the patient so you should talk..They don't have any sense how to talk with their clients. I'm not getting any service freely, I'm paying for it so how can a staff can be that rude? I have no idea. Such a bad experience.

Horrible my dads aponment was canceled after a few days ther was a nice lady who signed him up to the appointment then a few days later a really horrible lady who canceled my dads appointment and my dad is in serious pain

Appaling servis. They cancelled my appointment a couple days before it. They put me on the cancelation list, thus I don't know how long I am going to wait for the appointment. It is like they doing me a fayvour I am paying for quite an expensive service. The recepcionist was very rude and clearly a bully. I can't believr I have ever concidered signing up my family of 4 to them.

I've had some horrific dental experiences over the years as well as some apauling dentists. Peter has completely changed the way I feel about going to the dentist. Really pleased with his work putting a vaneer on my tooth and the advice and further treatment he's laid out for me. Couldn't have been better, top bloke

Some dental receptionists could do with calling Crosby Dental to hear what pleasant and friendly sounds like! Both members of staff I spoke to were lovely and as the first port of call for the surgery provide a welcome which made me sign up. Thank you.
