Chris Read from the Norbury branch helped us find our perfect home, and working with him was an absolute delight. He was a credit to the Estate Agency industry; professional, knowledgeable, friendly and punctual. In what is almost unheard of in our experience of Estate Agents, Chris wasn't pushing for a sale every minute of the visits he took us on, which made the whole experience a lot less stressful. Chris's relaxed style made us actually spend far more time with him and looking at homes he suggested, as we felt he really listended to our needs.

Id definitely give them zero stars if it was an option. Our property manager never once referred to us by our names- a basic courtesy she lacked. After a year of shoddy, unreliable service in a damp home, they tried to snatch over 80% of our deposit for things like replacing a hob in perfect working condition and cleaning. They didnt even return the undisputed part of our deposit- the Tenancy Deposit Scheme had to do that for us and saw that much of Gordon & Cos claims were unfounded so we got most of our deposit back. Would strongly recommend that renters avoid these ruthless sharks unless
