I bought a twin stem orchid with which was what I thought at the time lots of buds and after a few weeks realised that these were not buds at all and were just ornamental twigs. I took it back to the shop some weeks later saying that I would not have bought it for £39.50 if I had known that the buds were not going to grow and when I commented on the buds the lady in the shop at the time agreed with me that the orchid will be lovely when they buds bloom. There was a woman there and a man and I complained that this was just a two stem orchid with an ordinary black pot and I could have bought it

Avoid this place like the plague. Yes, the flowers are lovely, though overpriced, and some of the staff are nice, but I have had some bad experiences with them - my husband ordered roses to be delivered to me whilst I was on a visit to London. The arrived looking very bedraggled. When I tried to talk to the owner about them he was rude and dismissive and insisted (without seeing the flowers) that they flowers were perfect when they were delivered. I have had a couple of other occasions when I have encountered the rude owner whilst purchasing flowers from the shop and have now resolved never to

Flowerstalk con, great plants but terrible service. At the prices they charge, you'd expect a good service but it's the complete opposite. I only went in there for the convenience, but since my experience on Valentines day, I'd go out of my way to go somewhere else. Despite being a loyal customer and willing to pay £10 per rose, the owner was rude and unpleasant. The Flower Gallery, just down the road was selling roses at £5 each and they were just as good quality and a great service to boot! Will think twice next year!

Flowerstalk is expensive but the brand, the style makes it worth it.

This is a truly stunning shop with gorgeous floral arrangements and a white tiled floor.

The staff is so helpful and this store is just so classy.

I would love to receive Flowerstalk flowers. I would forgive many transgressions or nasty names for Flowerstalk. (Glad I don't have to but I WOULD and she/he/trans will, so buy it here!)

I'm more of a digging in the dirt kind of girl at heart though and I like a bit of an edge. I really love these sort of green thorny plants in a glass pot with stones more than anything
