I was surprised to see the unfavourable review below, which couldn't be more contrary to my experience with Design Fibre a few months back. I was candid about the fact that I wasn't in a position to commence business at that point, and found Sam to be very friendly and helpful regardless. Please don't take my review as an incitement to pester Design Fibre with spurious queries. There was, and still is, genuine intent to do business in the foreseeable future. I'll obviously update this review, if and when that happens.

I found Sam very aggressive and stroppy over the phone when I enquired about a job -tone was not provoking at all from my end. he basically told me off for contacting him and that I had no business enquiring to him because I knew nothing about what I 'needed" - all this because he'd immediately assessed my needs in the course of about 30 seconds. No chance to actually discuss the nuts and bolts of the website I was looking for. He indicated he didn't want my business and that I was annoying him in wasting his time. guess that says it.
