I attended 'The Beauty Connection' for electrolysis and can recommend Gillian to anyone that might be thinking about trying it. She has a lovely, calming and gentle influence yet still manages to work fast and efficiently in clearing the area being treated. I will return in future for upper lip area once covid restrictions are lifted to enable this. I see the last reviewer was unhappy about this rule being in place. However, I'm glad Gillian is keeping her clients and herself as safe as possible.

Not great. Electrosis can be done on your chin & on your cheeks but not on your top lip due to "current restrictions" & all while your wearing a mask. Absolute nonsense. Selling deals but can't fulfill them apparently because I hadn't done my homework on electrosis. False advertising. Snobbery at it's finest.

Could not recommend this place more, so welcoming the instant you walk in. The woman who runs it is so nice, she goes through the entire process. The room you get the electrolysis done which is what I had done was very relaxing. Worth every penny.

I am so disappointed with this place. I tried to call them numerous times to book an appointment and unfortunately they do NOT answer their phone. Not do they make an attempt to call you back. You can leave a voice mail and guess what, still no reply. Sorry but this is a farce.

I had an appointment with Gillian which was fairly last minute. She was extremely warm and friendly, and a complete professional. She definitely knows her stuff when it comes to electrolysis and other beauty treatments and was very reassuring. A rarity in an industry saturated by amateurs, Gillian has many years experience and wants the very best for her clients. The treatment I received was beyond the care and attention I have received from other beauticians. I will definitely return! Thank you Gillian
