David Finn joined Laddingford Engineering in 1985, completing a City & Guilds apprenticeship in 1990. He instigated the company's 3D CAD design facility in 2006 and acquired the business from his father Roger in 2009.
Roger Finn

Roger Finn established the engineering legacy through T.L. Newman Ltd and Roger Finn Engineering & Fabrication, merging in 1991 to create Laddingford Engineering. He led the business until 2009.

Draughtsman
Tony Munn transitioned from workshop fabrication to draughtsmanship in 2009, applying hands-on expertise to 3D design and technical drawings. He has worked at Laddingford since 1994.
